The Embassy cannot process these kinds of visas until a petition has been filed with and been approved by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.In most cases, the sponsoring U.S. employer files the petitions. These petitions cannot be filed at the Embassy.Immigrant visa interviews are scheduled by appointment only. Please call for information (472-900 ext 2236 or ext 2271).
