Office Hours are on Mondays from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and Wednesdays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Emergencies

In case of emergency American citizens can reach the Embassy 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.   After hours, an Embassy Duty Officer can be reached by calling 08-808-302. If calling from the United States, you would dial 011-597-08-808-302.

Please Note: Americans may always enter the Embassy to speak with the Consular staff. The Consular Section attempts to accommodate all Americans unable to come during the Section’s public hours, but cannot meet every demand. The Section will make appointments outside the public hours when possible.
